The Webcam cable is about 14cm long and is connected to the mainboard. Don´t mix that up with the 2012 model (Its called A1466, too), that 2012 model has a 3cm short webcam cable thats connected to the magsafe board!
Scratches on the case: Yes, a lot
Dents on the case: No (or very minimal)
Display, Cables, Webcam: tested and o.K.
