Condition: Used original Apple sparepart, taken from a working machine. Tested and working well.

Only the TopCase itself, without keyboard, trackpad, or anything else, see pictures! This is the variation of the Mid 2009 model with the glossy display, you can differentiate that: It has NO bluetooth antenna near the CD-input.
Scratches on the case: No (or very minimal)
Dents on the case: No (or very minimal)
Overall damages on the case: a few visible ones)
The battery-indicator-module is part of that TopCase.
